Artist’s style

Isabelle Kergal’s painting is born from the will to surprise through color, from constructing the model with bright and saturated contrasts through a dynamic and vigorous stroke.

It portrays landscapes and urban scenes without pretending to conform to drawing or form, but rather to use these to exalt the compositional and expressive possibilities of color, which finds the perfect accompaniment in the line, in the strokes that support the representation, which provide structure and rhythm to her works.

Each canvas becomes a challenge where the selection of colors in the palette is crucial in giving autonomy and personality to each of her creations.
